I am a member of 60deg., but since that site deals with more than just W-Bodies, I figured this to be the place to go. Here is the question...1994 Cutty Supreme SL, DOHC, is the car. I have a persistent, door lock noise. Sounds like the locks are oscillating, (Chattering). VERY ANNOYING!! I thought I had it fixed. In front of the hood release lever, under the carpet, is a small relay that clicks when the "chatter" goes on. I replaced it, noise came back after 4 months. Doesn't do it all the time, seems more, when damp outside. Keyless works fine. I figure something is causing the relay to die prematurely. Any ideas? I know that someone else has had this problem.
