Anyhow, what's the best way and best place to relocate the coils on a '95 GTP? I know the factory must've put them under the exhaust manifold for a reason, but is that the best place for them? slick Posted December 29, 2004 Report Share Posted December 29, 2004 They act as a heat sink sitting underneath the manifold. I relocated them (see link above). Not all that hard to do. I think the biggest pain was getting the old set of coilpacks off(had a new set handy). When I did mine, I undid the wire looms and pulled out the wires that was needed.
