oil pan gasket

how hard is it to change. I tightened the bolts, that i could get to when i did the oil change last weekend, the ones i could get too anyway. how do you get to the bolts on the pasanger side. I am not sure that the oil leak is the oil pan yet though either. It has seemed to gotten worse since i tightened the bolts. I certainly did not over tighten them, i tightened them all one handed. thanks

engine or transmission oil pan?

the engine oil pan gasket is really easy to change....if you have the motor out of the car that is.

a new Fel-Pro oil pan gasket will come with 4 "snap-ups" that make oil pan gasket changes a breeze.

Sometimes if your oil filter isn't tightened properly it can cause that "mysterious" leak.. happened to our Lumina APV (my dad isn't the greatest at keeping up maintenance, thank god for the bulletproof all-iron 3.1!)
