5speedz34
Could it be PS fluid?
WhiteOut
Mine has the exact same problem. My o-ring leak was fixed and I've taken it apart since then and its still dry as a bone. I've also replaced my valve cover gaskets since they leaked, but I'm still leaving oil spots en masse. I know mine is oil because I go through a quart every third week or so. 5speedz34
I doubt it, but maybe a freeze plug?
93GTP
When I tore down my engine to fix a suspected distributor o-ring leak, I discovered that it wasn't the o-ring at all. It was actually the cylinder head gasket that had failed on the front cylinder bank. It was leaking at the oil passage from the block to the cylinder head/cam carrier. Oil was collecting in the valley between the cylinders and running in many places, but mostly down over the transmission on both front and back sides. sonyman87
well i am missing Zero oil and its been leaking for over a month. I think it actualy is my PS fluid. i added some mild clear ps fluid and picked up a few drops of clear oil so i think it really is my PS line somewhere backthere. Plus I keep loosing coolant.. also gradual. car still runs stronger then the day i got it. I'm in no mood to mess with it this holiday season so i will either leak until january or drop it off somewhere.
cutlsp
you could add a little lucas power steering fluid stuff see if it stops the leaks its worth a shot :?
Robby1870
My STE has a small P/S fluid leak, but I just keep dumping more in, about a bottle very 3000. Im not going to fix it any time soon, I cant even see where its leaking from. Leaks a touch of coolant too, but its from a bad spot in a line that I dont want to fix. If its not oil, tranny fluid or brake fluid, dont worry too much, LOL

Now i worry about the line giving way and not being able to stear when im doing highway speeds. im sure it will be fine for now i just cant let it stay like that for long
WhiteOut
I doubt it, but maybe a freeze plug? Freeze plugs only leak coolant. I'm more worried that its a cylinder head gasket. I guess the best case scenario at this point is a cam carrier to head gasket.
