slick
If I wanna get one bent for my 3.1 how much pipe would I need? Maybe just to drop it down without having to move the battery. umm...i don't think there is anywhere for it to go without removing the battery!?... ...AND...you would have to measure it from the throttle body to wherever you want it to stop to figure out how much pipe you will need... you'll have to remove the battery for a FWI(fender wall intake). Unless you want to cut some holes into your hood and make it a ram air design  Actually, there should be enough room around the battery that you can slide the pipe right around it, and down one of the holes. Baddflash
You pretty much have to move the battery if you want your intake in the fender. There's no way to pipe around it unless you stick a lawnmower battery in there. Moving the battery and putting the intake there was the best solution for me because I need all the room I can get in there for my turbo. Plus it allows for fewer bends and restrictions. You wouldn't gain anything moving it an extra 6 inches away, not worth the effort of moving the battery. I had to cut the hole to go down there, there isn't a way to go through without cutting somewhere.
Carotop
OK I looked at the pic again and figured out what you did. What did you get the windshield washer reservoir from? Do you have a pic of it going down or can you discrbe how it is?
Baddflash
The washer reservoir is a stock piece for a '90 lumina. Can't really add any details the pics don't show other than I had to relocate a couple things like one of the horns and a canister that hung underneath where the filter is now. Carotop
O ok my resorvoir goes over the battery. Did you just run it down right next to the fender then? And where did you have to cut it?
Baddflash
No it runs straight down at the far edge (closest to the fender) of the battery tray, thats where I had to cut.the filter is sitting where the round canister used to be right infront of the wheel well behind the bumper.
