scorpion_x9
I was observing the "strut tower" where is conects to body, it looks like the body is bent. Instead of being mostly flat, it's bowed up and bends the strut cover. (I put a new one on recently and it bends it abnormally) I think that's contirbuting to my camber alignment problem. Is there anyway to fix the unibody? You probably gotta have some deep pockets to get that crap fixed...
Jcrow
Almost any body shop should be able to do it. They will charge by the hour.
5speedz34
I would be expensive to fix, most body shops can do it. I would scrap the car before doing it though. Can you get pics though?
Jcrow
they should be able to give you an estimate, it might not be too crazy
scorpion_x9
I can't get any pics. Don't have access to a digital camera anymore. I want to buy one, but don't use it enough to cough up the loot for one. I'll have to go around and see what the body shops say.
5speedz34
Do you have any idea how this could've happened?
scorpion_x9
Hmm... I have no idea. Would hard cornering do it? I don't think I've done anything to make it that way. Come to think of it, it might have always been like that. I was chaning front struts for the first time, and the passenger one (which is the side with problems) was more of a pain to get in and out than the driver's side. Ehhh. I think I'll have to deal with it. :x
Brian P
It's uncommon, but it's happened to one of my friends. He posted his experience click here
