90Luminator
Anybody got a good recomendation for an engine degreaser. After almost 15 years my engine bay could use a good once over. Thanks
sl3196
I buy a couple cans of the cheap crap from wal-mart and it works well.
sl3196
Simple green or that orange cleaner work well too. Not as harsh as the engine degreaser stuff.
1990lumina
I always used the GUNK brand stuff.. the foaming kind and the regular.. it does a nice job but smells like shit so you have to be careful to remove ALL of it! - Jeff L. Redfox340
Simple green or that orange cleaner work well too. Simple Green has still been one of the best products to remove engine grime. I had the best results spraying the engine bay down with it and let it set for a few moments... Then powerwashing it off, along with the grease, oil and dirt thats been collected. Turns out excellent! Just make sure not to blast / soak the engine electronics too much. - Erik

DaveFromColorado
I always use the "foamy engine brite" I think it's a gunk product, but it always works nicely. --Dave.
