3.1 to 3100 top end swap. What's required?

I know a few people on this board have done it. What's involved in swapping a 3100 top end on my 3.1? Anything I need to look out for?

I was the first to do the swap, and it was on a Wbody. I believe I wrote one of the articles listed on 60v6, it should tell you the major hiccups you'll enounter.
