dohc v6 Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 i told you guys that i was taking out my engine a while back and asked you how to, well it came out engine alone. it was not that bad. the only thing is there are 4 bolts that attach the engine braket to the tranny (rear motor mount) and 1 of them stripped out. now what does it cost to fix that. dohc v6 Posted December 6, 2004 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2004 no the bolt thread was flatened and when i ran a tap through it took all the metal with it. but i found out that you can take off the extention case so i will just buy one and bolt it up.
