Guest TurboSedan
nothing at all. it's metal to metal with nothing else but the proper torque spec.
TGPilot
I know GM has a thin metal crush gasket for the T25 flange on the 1987 Sunbird GT cars with the 2.0 Litre. I am pretty sure this would work on the TGP/TSTE flange as the flange is exactly the same. On my old TGP (Luke's) there was not one in place and when I did the top end of TWalt's TGP there was not one supplied in the Fel-Pro top end kit nor was there anything in place when I pulled them apart. IIRC it is a slightly tapered flange so as Josh said with the proper torque specs it will seal properly... 8)
