I like km better cause the numbers are more meaningful. For example, highway speed limit is 100km/h. 200km/h is pretty fast speed to acheive with average cars (120mph). And we bought it in August of 2000 brand new, they actually had '01s on the lot at the time. So you can really think of it as a '01 with 125k on it if you want.
