Here's what our compressor flow map would look like in terms of flow. I couldn't find an old T25 map, but the GT25R has a .80 A/R housing, so it should be close enough to illustrate the point.

As you can see in the above flow map, you can't compare different series A/Rs. The GT28RS uses a T3 series compressor housing so even though it seems smaller numerically, it actually outflows the GT25R(our closest match) by a lot.
