ok heres one. i have my perfect condition 3100 laying around (which noone wants to buy) and i want to do something with it. i really wanna grab an 88-93 gp 5speed and throw it in that, however 88-93 are of course OBD1. i have my PCM from the 96 3100 but i have no wiring harness. anyone know what is involved in getting this to work?

i plan on doing the same except with a 3400. my plan is to use my current 727 ECM (OBD1) along with my current 3.1 MPFI/5-speed wiring harness and my stock 3.1/5-speed memcal. i'm not sure which fuel injectors would work best. i don't know how well that approach will work...i'm sure alot of tuning will be involved to get it running right. i'm using a 5-speed as well, so no problem there.

it won't be SFI that way, but i think it's probably the easiest way and it allows you to program the calibration yourself unlike the OBD2 PCM stuff. you may want to read up at the GMPCM and 60*V6 forum if you haven't already.
