1990 Lumina Euro Coupe
Here is a problem that I have not ran accross before: On my 1990 Lumina, no matter what gear you put it in, it won't move. You can hear it pulling like it is trying to overcome locked wheels, but it is unable to. Even in neutral, it does not want to roll. :?: I jacked the rear end up to make sure that the emergecy brakes are not locked, and they aren't. The gears seem to shift fine. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
BurneroftheRice
does it go in reverse? i once had my caliper bolt break which ment that the calipor would lodge itself against the rim if i tryed to go foward, but if i went in reverse it would go fine. Just a guess...atleast try to cover all options before you being it in to have the supposedly broke tranny worked on like i did
FastSE2DR
is it a stick? if its a stick id say its prolly a broken shift fork....either way it sounds like somethin is binding in the tranny
