So last night on my way home from work I was taking a different route and was on the freeway. I was going about 80 and could feel a wierd vibration again! I just got 2 new tires and did a brake and rotor job. Well anyway I remember my dad a few weeks ago trying to get the hub loose to put new lugnuts in easier and he loosened this big bolt in the middle

Well after we changed lug nuts he just tightened the hell out of it because we didnt have a tourque rench. Could this be causing the vibration because it is looser or tighter than the rest??

Your hub could be pulling away from the driveshaft. It looks to me like that nut for the shaft is a bit loose judging by how the nut is supposed to sit on one that's fully tightened.

Check the tightness of your lugnuts while you're at it  ...
