A while ago I bought a performance MAF for my Camaro because the stock one wasn't working, but now the Camaro is going byebye and I will be driving my Cutlass again. My question is whether or not I can take out that nice $300 MAF and put it in the Cutlass or is the computer stuff too different? I think it's a 3 inch diameter. I haven't ever measured how big the Cutlass's is, but it seems about the same size.

Let me know if this is possible, or if I should just mark up the Camaro's value another $300. Thank to all.

Sorry, totally forgot to include that stuff. It is a 1994 Z28 with LT-1. The Cutlass is a 1995 3100.

Well, I'm pretty sure that it won't work with you cutlass. The ECU is totally different for an LT-1 than a 3100. But you could always try. If the harness is the same, it may work.

The stock MAFs are different part #s so Im gonna say its safe to assume the nice MAF wont be calibrated for the 3.1

It would indeed be a Granatelli MAF. Sorry I took so long. I was out of town for a very long weekend.

Not as far as I know. It was the 265 dollar one. I just plugged it in and then instant HP until the cat got it's nice little hole to fuck up my O2 sensor.
