gmrulz4u
I am getting my Supreme re-painted as soon as it STOPs snowing. I am wondering what the concesus is on the Cutlass Supreme door side moldings, should I keep them? Or get rid of them for a "cleaner" look? THANKS:)
BlueCutSupreme
well if u want to get rid of them i think they ar eheld on with rivets, but don't quote me on this..if u have the earlier model with just the black and chrome strip modling then ye si would take it off, thats what mine is and if it wasn't for the rivets having to be patche dup i would do it in a heartbeat! gmrulz4u
Oh thanks...I thought it was just held on with adhesive...
Justin
I think you mean the little triangle shaped door ding mouldings, I know the cars would look way nicer with them off, but what would look worse, a door with the protective moulding, or a door full of door dings? If you take them off I'd park out in no-mans land wherever you go I guess, I was going to take mine off but decided against it. B.T.W. The smaller triangle body color moulding is held on by adhesive.
