1loudmonte
I took of my cat and the resonator directly behind the cat. Know it sounds likes their abunch of rocks in my exhaust between 2000-3200 rpm. I like the gain i got from it, but does any one know how i can fix the sound? Aaron
Yah by redoing your entire exhaust and spending a good amount of money doing it. If you mess with the DOHC exhaust without doing it "right" and spending the time and money to do it right, it will get raspy at those rpm's. Psych0matt
mine's been like that since i got it a year ago (soon to be fixed) muffler shops have been telling me the inside of the cat is all loose. get a new one, gut it, or take it off would be my suggestion (as far as being easy)

sonyman87
lol arron that has nothing to do with exaust work that sound you hear is the valves and its the crossover point in the powerband the only way to get rid of that sound is to either mess with your timing OR quiet your exaust

Aaron
I know that a full Magnaflow exhaust and my car NEVER rasped, at any rpm. Then I got headers....

Then I got headers.... your exaust wasnt that "LOUD" either.. the more you open it up the more its going to "rasp" also its an automatic not the manual.. the rasp is parcialy why we had a skinny resignator. its to keep back preasure after the cat and suppress the rasp.
