belo4884
I have a 94 Cutlass 3.4 DOHC and yesterday this started out of no where. When idling it will run for a couple seconds and then the rpm's will drop, will come back up, then will drop again and it will not recover and it will stall. I already checked the fuel pressure and it is fine (~40psi). When driving the car, it runs fine but if you go to accellerate it will hesitate a little bit. Please offer some suggestions. Thanks

sonyman87
my bets on IAC Idle air control plunger is probably screwed up or is plunged up and cant move.
belo4884
Well I clean the IAC and the TB(cause i was there) and no results. I also made it relearn the idle, but that didnt work either. So i am pretty sure that it is the IAC. Thanks for your help will let you know if it worked.
