thanks for the info, how often are you supposed to change it i heard every 40,000 but that seems like a lot

manual for my prix says 30,000

 

 

its thicker oil, lasts longer

 

 

have fun changing it, smells really really bad

Yeah, it holds just over 7 ounces. And it doesn't smell that bad, its comparable to most used rear diff fluids. Not exactly pleasant but it won't kill you.

it was enough to make me have to take breaks

 

 

Then again, it depends on how long you go without changing it. I doubt mine was ever changed, and did it at 79000 miles, so it was pretty worn out.
