rips in leather

I was wondering if there was any way to get some small cuts out of my leather driver seat, today i was detailing the inside of my car and noticed 2 little cuts, they wernt there before and I want to get them out

I had my seats "fixed" ...when I say fixed I mean they were re-sttched on eiter side of where the tear was, then pulled back over the cushoin. Otherwise, you can probably get them re-upholstered. I know this is a very expensive option though.
