stilesr9167
I have searched on here to try and find out how you reset the idle on my car and have found instructions for relearn with a auto but no manual. I was just wondering if there is any differance in reseting the idle with a manual as opposed to an automatic. Oh and I also noticed that my car has 2 fuses for the ecm, one in the glove box and one in the engine. anyone have any stakes in idle learning with a manual. stilesr9167
So I pull the fuse for a while and run on the highway for about 20 mins and it is relearned?
skiiirt
I would reccomend disconnecting the battery, not the fuse, the computer still has access to the battery when u pull the fuse. with the terminals disconnected the computer "dies" like all computers they have a memory that lasts for so long, and they always seem to suck power when they can
