MommyTaz022200 Posted September 11, 2004 Report Posted September 11, 2004 My haynes book shows a pink wire on the master power window switch that runs to all the other windows, labeled as the lockout switch wire. I don't have a lockout switch, but I'm trying to wirre one up. I have a pink wire on my switch wiring as it shows in the book. I'm wondering if that is the lockout wriring, and it's just standard wiring even if you don't have the switch? If it is, would I just cut that wire and run the ends to each of the terminals on my switch? Does the wire need to be as thick as that wire to add length to it, or is the wire that thick so it doesn't break easily? Quote
