leather seat dye?

there is a '90 International Sedan in the salvage yard near me that has a set of light grey leather seats that i want. can i dye the leather dark blue? or maybe even darker grey or black?

SEM makes interior paint and I know they have vinyl and plastic prep so it sticks. Not sure about leather. Call a body shop supply store. My color matched interior paint ran $25/pint.
