1994 Chevy Lumina Euro sedan currently at 103, 298, engine is mostly all original on the 3.1L 4T60-E. At purchase it had 83,704.

1990 Lumina

Bought June 2003 with 160,xxx

As of September 2004, she's got 182,xxx

3 accidents, and a previous owner that did nothing to maintain this car, I'd say she's doin well.. Brings the "Like a rock" trademark to a higher level..

1995 Cutlass Supreme SL here with almost 84K, 4t60e, 3100sfi. I bought here in August '98 with about 48K.......jeeez I've had this car for 6 yrs now, no wonder I want a new toy!

REPAIRS IN THE PAST 6 YRS

front rear brake pads/rotors(I lost count how many times) & rear calipers

tranny cooler lines

heater core(most recent)

gas tank(last fall)

rear struts and mounts(last fall)

battery(last summer)

whatever this is called-gas pedal cable snapped while driving to work

The passenger side fog light wire(connection was covered with corrosion)

b/s stuff.....tires headlight, and foglights, plugs, wires, K&N air filter

I have to say that this has been my best car between the the 3 that I have owned(bought with the lowest mileage as well)

1983 Monte Carlo 305 4barrel

1988 Buick Regal 2.8

1995 Cutlass Supreme 3100

there was 236,xxx on my 88 Buick Regal when I sold it - it was still on it's orignial transmission, and it's second engine - the first engine was replace at 36,xxx miles because of a faulty bearing. The trans was still shifting smoothly, and would hold tight. I was running Type F transmission fluid in it, and it LOVED it. No leaks anywhere on the car. It's still running right now, and driving very well, I just spoke to the guy who bought it, and he still loves it. He doesn't have computer access, otherwise he'd be on this board. To this day, I wish I'd kept it for myself because it was by far the most reliable car I've ever* owned.

1996 Cutlass Supreme, 3100

bought with 25,252 miles April 1999

mileage as of 9/4/04: 62,4xx

engine and transmission are original, but head gaskets has to be replaced in May 2003 at around 45,000 miles, which I consider to be pretty major engine work.

I'm interested to see how many miles are on your cars...I know they practically last forever...

Please give some background information on your car such as model, engine, transmission, and if they have ever, to your knowlege been replaced. Also include the milage @ purchase if you remember

Around; 103,231. Has a decent knock in low temps till it reaches around 165* then it’s hardly noticeable. It’s a good car and I'm trying to take care of it. We'll see what happens this winter.

1988 Cutlass Supreme with 202k miles on it.

Major mechanical parts that were changed were 2 transmissions before all auto (killed them) and at 197k miles replaced engine (timing chain broke and bend 2 valves) and put in a 3.1 from a 1993 Lumina.

Exterior and interior from a 1992 Cutlass Supreme International post pics later.
