Baddflash
Were you having idle problem before you swapped the TPS? Can you rev the engine? If so the TPS should be on right and you may have problems else where causing high idle. The idle is not adjustable the computer contols that electronically using input from various sensors. Baddflash
You've cleaned the throttle body I assume? Maybe the injectors are dirty or maybe one or more are faulty. How about replacing the fuel and air filter. It could be the coils to I suppose???
