E-Check Problem, please Help

I went and e-checked my car today and I failed. I sorta expected it to fail, but I do need a lil help in figuring this out. I have a 93 Cutty Supreme 3.1. Here is what I got:

 

Emissions ASM:

The blank one didn't register since I failed on the NO. Can someone please give me some advice on what I can do. I will go get my car scanned at AutoZone in a day or two so that I can see what the computer says. Thanks in Advance.
