ok, the switch that came w/ them is as follows;

6A 125VAC

3A 350VAC

its a 2 prong switch

the one i'd like to use is this;

10A 125VAC

6A 250VAC

this is one of the like 1" round led switches, 3 prongs

i can get the led to light, but the neons wont. does the A & VAC #'s from the old one need to match any new switch?

thanks in advanced

you probably have the switch hooked up wrong

might need to cross 2 of the prongs since there is an extra one.. I dunno

How do you have your wiring run?

By that I mean if you are running a 3-pronger it should be like this:

1 - HOT

2 - Going to your lights

3 - Ground.

Basically prong 1 and 3 are getting run from the car to the switch, the 2nd one is going from the switch to your lights.

Does that make sense? Thats how I have mine.

The positive and the one for the light in the switch (usually in the middle) get positive. The negative is grounded.
